Why Fridolin?

The previous owners of our house told us that they had encountered badgers and foxes in the garden.

We both love Hans Fallada’s book, “That Rascal, Fridolin” (original title “Fridolin, der freche Dachs”), by learning that badgers live around we immediately knew our Guesthouse should be named Fridolin.
